NOTE: Changes in Account

As of October 10, 2011, the Virtual EMS system of the EUC Reservations Office no longer utilizes UNCG's iSpartan Password. The system does, however, still utilize your UNCG username. Your User Id will be your UNCG iSpartan username.

If this is your first time logging into the Virtual EMS system since the October 10 upgrade, you will need to create a new password.
NOTE: This password is not connected to other UNCG accounts you may have.

Enter your UNCG email address in the User Id field below and click the "Email me my password" link. A temporary password will be sent to your UNCG email account. You’ll then be able to login using your UNCG username and temporary password.

Once you login successfully, go to “My Account » Edit My Account” to create a new password. For more information contact the EUC Reservations Office at 336-334-5378 or reserve@uncg.edu.

Password Assistance

If you cannot remember your Virtual EMS password, enter your UNCG email address in the User Id field and then click the "Email me my password" link.
A temporary password will be sent to your UNCG email account.

Use that password to log into Virtual EMS, and then edit your account to modify the password to something you will remember.
